1. All exterior walls are re-waterproofed

This method does not need to determine where the leakage occurs on the external wall. And it can repair the situation that is about to leak. Reinforce the waterproof layer of the wall. However, the price of all re-waterproofing is slightly higher, and the construction period is slightly longer.

2. Repair leaks on the exterior wall

Use polymer waterproof material to repair cracks on the wall, and repaint the waterproof material on areas where the wall waterproof layer is relatively weak.

3. Spray waterproofing agent on the wall

Spray the water-repellent agent directly on the wall evenly by spraying, spray it several times and wait for the wall to form a waterproof layer. The waterproofing agent can penetrate more than 1cm into the cement base. It can ensure that no leakage occurs on the wall.

4. Paint waterproof coating

Where leakage occurs on the wall, paint waterproof coating to form a new waterproof layer.
