release time:2021-08-24 17:29:44  Views: 338

The current high-rise buildings basically use glass curtain walls. The higher the floors, the more prosperous the night. The glass curtain walls will be stained due to pollutants in the air or rain, so the curtain walls must be cleaned regularly. In order to ensure that the glass is clean and bright. In order to keep the exterior wall tiles and curtain wall glass coating intact, and effectively extend the service life of the curtain wall, flying spiders use a special cleaning agent (neutral) for the curtain wall to clean, so that you can be more assured.

First check the job site and determine the job plan. Focus on checking the roof conditions and confirm whether hanging baskets and hanging plates can be installed. The movement of the hanging baskets and hanging plates on the roof is barrier-free; whether neon lights, advertising signs, etc. hinder operation. Install the vehicle-hanging basket or hanging plate. If a window cleaner has been installed in the building, the pre-operation inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the specifications.

Prepare wiping tools, including buckets, cleaners, hair rollers, squeegees, towels, and spare auxiliary tools: blades, scrapers, solvents, etc.

Operators carry cleaning tools on the hanging basket or hanging plate. Some tools should be tied to the hanging basket or hanging plate with elastic rope to prevent accidentally falling from a high altitude and hurting people. Set up barrier ropes and safety signs on the ground, and the operation method is cleaning from top to bottom.

Method of cleaning glass curtain wall:

(1) Check whether there are any stains on the glass such as adhesives. If so, use a scraper or other corresponding auxiliary tools and cleaning solvent to remove it.

(2) Dip the wool roller into the bucket, and after the detergent is fully inhaled, gently stroke it with your hand (it is advisable not to drip in), and evenly smear it on the glass.

(3) When applying, generally roll from top to bottom and move laterally. Each roll must be cross-pressed to prevent leakage.

(4) Use a squeegee to wipe off the cleaning agent applied on the glass. Use a little force during operation to evenly press the squeegee on the glass. Slowly scrape up to down, scraping one at a time, and wipe with a wet towel. After the squeegee is cleaned, move it horizontally to scrape another slip.

(5) After scraping the glass, wipe the window with a towel.

(6) Confirm that the glass in the scope of work has been wiped, slide the hanging basket or hanging plate, and continue to work down.

After all the operations are completed, tidy up the tools, remove the ground barrier rope and the sign.
